- If you are building or redeveloping investment real estate, a feasibility study will analyze the existing and planned supply of competing properties, and estimate the demand for the market as a whole, as well as the potential demand for your property. This product can also include sensitivity analyses to provide you with a bottom-line impact from various rent, occupancy and expense scenarios.
