Martens Companies Appraisal Department provides a variety
of consulting services:
Market Rental Analysis - If you own a property
and consider leasing it to another party, the market rental
analysis will tell you what other properties are leasing
for, and what you could expect to rent your property for.
If you are considering entering into a lease agreement,
the market rental analysis could save you thousands of dollars
by telling you what you should pay for rent.
Highest and Best Use Analysis - If you
own (or consider buying) a piece of real estate, and need
an analysis as to what would put that property to the most
profitable use and provide the greatest return, a Highest
and Best Use Analysis will provide you with answers and
possible solutions.
Feasibility Studies - If you are building or redeveloping
investment real estate, a feasibility study will analyze
the existing and planned supply of competing properties,
and estimate the demand for the market as a whole, as well
as the potential demand for your property. This product
can also include sensitivity analyses to provide you with
a bottom-line impact from various rent, occupancy and expense
scenarios.
