Martens Appraisal has been providing commercial real estate services since 1948. Under the leadership of four MAI’s (Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute), our appraisal team comprises over 100 years of combined experience.

Currently we manage five properties in the midwest region, three of which were built by our Hospitality Development division. Hospitality Development of America develops hotel across the Midwest and Southwest regions of the country. Founded by Steven Martens, the 2016 Best Western Hotel and Resorts Developer of the Year, Hospitality Development has keyed on locations supported by universities and medical centers. The company offers competitive development fees and has access to investors and lenders. Hospitality Development is able to utilize cost segregation analysis to lead to double digit returns for investors. While the company has primarily focused on new construction, it is currently pursuing renovation and re-purposing opportunities in two major urban areas.
